We provide a variety of services to our membership and to the public who are interested in finding out more about co-operative housing.
We offer a variety of information/resources including a monthly public information session that can assist families in becoming members of a housing co-operative.
All Information Sessions are presented online. They sessions take place on the third Wednesday of every month. Please visit Eventbrite to register.
Each co-op is an independent organization, however, there are some basic fundamental concepts that are similar:

When: Third Wednesday of Every Month
Time: 7:00 – 8:30 pm
Fee: $20 per household (Online Payment Only)

Preregistration: Required (registration closes at 6:45 pm on the day of the presentation)
Login to Presentation: Instructor will open the online meeting at 6:45 pm (If you try to connect prior to 6:45 pm, you will be unable to do so, so please try again after 6:45 pm.)
Zoom Registration: We recommend that you complete your Zoom registration as soon as you receive your confirmation from Eventbrite. If you do not complete the Zoom registration by 6:59 pm on the day of the Session, access to the current Session will close as the registration for next month’s session opens at 7:00 pm.
